Our commitments for the charter management of your boat

Carry out promotion (annual boat shows and brochures) and manage all necessary advertising to maximise the profitability of the fleet
Draw up a charter contract with each client and oversee all commercial and financial aspects of each file
Carry out a thorough inventory at check-in and check-out (including diving to inspect the hull when required)
Handle maintenance and repairs related to charter use and monitor invoice payments by clients
Prepare the boat’s financial statements on a quarterly basis or at the owner’s request
Regularly check that the boat is in good working order and monitor it in the event of severe weather
Safely store the owner’s personal belongings during charter periods

Owner’s income

CFC’s commission amounts to 38% excl. VAT of the total charter revenue excl. VAT (35% for new boats).
A full financial statement is provided to the owner at the end of the charter period, in addition to the quarterly accounts.

This was our first time chartering a yacht in France, and via CFC we had an excellent experience. There was a wide range of boats to choose from. Maite was very helpful and communicative in the weeks before our holiday, even finding English language guides to the Golf of Morbihan for us. Iona's Pearl was perfect for our needs, with 9 on board. We had a few technical issues along the way, but the CFC team were really responsive and sent out help to carry out repairs where needed. We hope to return!

C'est au moins la 10ème fois que je loue chez CFC à La Trinité-sur-Mer, en monocoque, catamaran ou trimaran, toujours le même niveau de service au top ! Réactivité à la réservation / devis, des bateaux propres avant départ, prise en main complète avant d'embarquer, compétence de toute l'équipe technique sur le ponton, des moteurs d'annexe qui démarrent au ¼ de tour, etc. Une agence que je recommande vivement !

Nous avons rencontré Vincent mercredi 16/07/2025, ils nous a aidé spontanément en montant au mat de notre bateau pour décoincer la drisse du code 0 à la Trinité. Un grand merci ! Nul doute que CFC est à l'image de Vincent : des valeurs, une passion, la solidarité entre marins... Je recomande vivement, c'est rare de nos jours : Milles mercis !!!!
